Moustafa Arafa is a seasoned technology specialist with extensive experience in IT support and network administration. Currently employed at Financial One Credit Union since December 2016, Moustafa provides remote and onsite support for LAN/WAN infrastructures, manages Active Directory and Exchange administration, and oversees VPN and firewall management. Previous roles include IT Specialist at U.S. Bank, where Moustafa resolved technical issues for staff, and IT Helpdesk at Dunwoody College of Technology, which involved supporting over 1500 end users and managing hardware and software deployments. Moustafa holds a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunication from Dunwoody College of Technology, completed in 2015.
