Dylan Buchanan

Dylan Buchanan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, recruitment, and relationship management. Currently serving as the Assistant Branch Manager at Magnify since July 2021, Dylan has achieved recognition in the President’s Club for two consecutive years (2022 & 2023). Previous roles at Magnify include Business Development Manager and Recruiting Specialist, where Dylan focused on fostering strong partnerships and sourcing top talent for local and national organizations. Prior experience includes positions as Business Development Manager and Recruiting Staffing Manager at Randstad USA, Video Coordinator at NCSA Next College Student Athlete, Sales Specialist at Best Buy, Marketing Department Photography Intern at Eastern Mennonite University, and Sales Consultant at Modell's Sporting Goods. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Eastern Mennonite University.
