Arjun Shah

Arjun Shah is a Principal at The Carlyle Group since February 2017, focusing on investments in enterprise software and tech-enabled services. Additionally, Shah serves as a Board Member at YipitData and Abrigo, both leaders in alternative data and software for financial institutions, respectively. As a Board Observer at Magnit, Shah contributes to a top provider of tech-enabled services for contingent labor management. Previous experience includes roles as an Investor at ION, an Investment Team member at Tinicum Incorporated, and involvement in business operations at Stripe. Early career positions include private equity at Blackstone and a Teaching and Research Assistant at The Wharton School. Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
