Donna Martin

Donna Martin, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Donna currently holds the position of VP, Global HR Operations at Magnit, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, Donna worked at Workforce Logiq, where they served as the Vice President Human Resources - North America from May 2019 to January 2022, and as the Director, Human Resources North America from March 2018 to May 2019. Donna also has experience as a Human Resource & Management Consultant, working independently from May 2017 to January 2022.

Donna's earlier roles include working as a Realtor at Watson Realty Corp. from August 2017 to May 2018, as an Area Human Resources Manager at Penske Logistics from July 2015 to April 2017, and as the Vice President, Human Resources at DisplayWorks from January 2012 to July 2015. Donna also worked at Breville USA as the Director, People and Performance, North America from May 2008 to December 2011, and at Mandara Spa as the Regional Director of Human Resources - the Pacific from September 2003 to May 2008.
