Lora Ziefel

Lora Ziefel has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of client services and workforce management. Lora most recently worked at Magnit as the Vice President of Client Services, responsible for strategic account development and global program expansions. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Client Services at PRO Unlimited, where they contributed to the management of non-employee workforce and ensured client satisfaction. Before entering the client services industry, Lora worked as a program manager at Magnit and as a recruiter at TCF Bank and Wells Fargo. Lora also gained experience as an onsite supervisor and MTN Region Assistant at Adecco.

Lora Ziefel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Colorado State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2020 and has a certification in SPHR from the same institution.
