Nataliya Kolb has extensive experience in product design and management. Nataliya currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Design & Management at Magnit, where they have transformed an outdated legacy platform into an industry-leading, omnichannel SaaS B2B2C platform. Prior to joining Magnit, they worked at PRO Unlimited, where they held various roles, including Vice President and Senior Director of Product Design & Management. During their time at PRO Unlimited, Nataliya spearheaded strategic redesign and development initiatives, launched innovative AI-powered solutions, and designed a user-centric marketplace. Before PRO Unlimited, Nataliya worked at CarePayment as a Senior Manager of Product Development, leading the design and launch of a flexible payment program platform. Nataliya also has experience in product management at MedeAnalytics Inc, Xpherix, Inc, Siebel Systems, TIBCO Finance Technology, Inc, and SonicBit.com.

Nataliya Kolb holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.
