Pushpendra Uikey worked at Magnit as the Lead - Program Support Operations starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Etech Global Services as an Assistant Sales Leader from October 2017 to July 2022 and as a Customer Experience Specialist from January 2015 to September 2017.

Pushpendra Uikey attended Extol College in Bhopal from 2009 to 2012, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
