Suzanna Simpson

Suzanna Simpson is an experienced Operations Manager at Magnit since September 2018, with a strong background in service delivery at a senior level. In this position, Suzanna has gained expertise in contract renewal management, involvement in tender processes, and fostering long-term partnerships. Previously, as a Contract & Performance Manager at Magnit, Suzanna assisted over 25 blue-chip and public sector clients in optimizing the management of non-permanent workers and contractors. Prior to this, Suzanna worked at HCA Healthcare from November 2012 to September 2018 as a Collections and Billing Officer, beginning as a Contact Centre Operator and consistently exceeding performance targets. Suzanna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Social Administration from Bangor University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
