Nihal Solomon

Nihal Solomon is a seasoned talent acquisition and people management professional with extensive experience in the advertising technology and recruitment industries. Currently serving as the Manager, People Business Partner at Magnite since June 2020, Nihal oversees the People functions for the Engineering business unit and previously held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition, leading global hiring efforts. Nihal is also a Board Member for the L.A. Chapter of TALK, a society for Talent Acquisition leaders. Prior roles include managerial positions at Rubicon Project and Red Bull Media House, as well as technical recruiting at various organizations such as Auction.com and CyberCoders. Nihal holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Andrews University.
