Wil Heitritter

Wil Heitritter has a strong background in technical operations and production engineering. Wil worked at Magnite as the VP of Production Engineering and Security Officer since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Technical Operations at Rubicon Project, where they managed a team of 50+ and scaled the company's serving capacity significantly. Before Rubicon Project, they were the Director of Technical Operations at CityGrid Media, where they introduced configuration management and built a high-performing team. Wil also worked at Warner Bros. Advanced Digital Services as a Senior Web Serving Engineer and Webmaster, overseeing the infrastructure for various web properties.

Wil Heitritter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Management - Computer Information Systems from California State University-San Bernardino - College of Business and Public Administration. Wil attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
