Thomas Chen is an Associate Software Developer at Magnitude Capital, LLC, since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in software development and educational initiatives. Prior roles include working as a Technology Assistant and Coach at the Intergroup Dialogue Project at Cornell University, where collaboration with various stakeholders facilitated diversity outreach for over 250 participants. Thomas also served as a Software Development Intern at Ribbon Communications, contributing to the establishment of a continuous development workflow, and as a Curriculum Developer & Instructor at Upward Bound, where innovative programs supported students' transitions to college. Previous experiences include a Student Research Assistant position at Cornell University, focusing on data visualization tools, and as a Teaching Assistant for Girls Who Code, enhancing coding skills among high school students.
