Jessica Shellard is currently the Head of Account Management at Magnitude Consulting, where Jessica manages a team of Business Managers headhunting top talent across the UK & EMEA. With extensive experience in IT Sales, Marketing, and Technical roles, Jessica has a strong background in recruitment and business development. Previously, Jessica has worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CPS Group and as a Business Development Manager at agentOS. Jessica is also involved in community-building as a Co-Organiser at Magnitude Network. Additionally, Jessica has past experience as a Bar Attendant at Stonegate Pub Company and as a Sales Advisor at H&M. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Photography from the University of South Wales.
