Markus Walz is an experienced professional in management and research, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Magnolia Innovation since February 2017. Before this role, Markus held various titles including Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Associate within the same organization. Prior to joining Magnolia Innovation, Markus was a Doctoral Candidate at Stockholm Business School from July 2011 to February 2017, where independent research and teaching responsibilities were undertaken, complemented by a visiting position as a Visiting Scholar at NYU Stern School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Researcher at Stockholm Business School, a Research and Campaign Assistant for a member of parliament, and an Assistant Accountant at Finnlines. Markus holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing/Management from Stockholm University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Bayreuth, with additional academic experience at the University of Helsinki.
