Michael Nishikawa

Michael Nishikawa has a diverse work experience in accounting and leadership roles. Michael is currently working as an Accountant at Magnolia Medical Technologies since April 2021. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Deloitte, where they started as an Audit Associate in September 2018 and later advanced to the position of Audit Senior from August 2020 to April 2021. Before Deloitte, Michael worked as a Tax Staff Accountant at KKDLY, LLC from June 2017 to July 2018. Michael also gained experience as an Accounting Intern at HTH Corporation from July 2014 to June 2015 and as a Student Helper at the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) from June 2014 to August 2014. In addition, they had customer service experience as a Magic of Polynesia - Box Office Host at Roberts Hawaii from February 2013 to February 2014. Michael's leadership skills were evident during their time at Punahou Army JROTC, where they served as Battalion Commander from April 2011 to April 2012, overseeing the management of 150+ cadets. Michael also held the position of Cadet Command Sergeant Major from April 2010 to April 2011, responsible for maintaining discipline within the JROTC program.

Michael Nishikawa completed their high school education at Punahou School from 1999 to 2012. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business, graduating between 2012 and 2017.
