Jill Tays

Jill Tays currently serves as the Director of CM, CDI, Coding and Home Health and Hospice at Magnolia Regional Health Center since October 2019, overseeing departmental functions including clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, and inpatient denials management. Jill has a rich history within MRHC, having held various roles such as VP of Clinical Documentation, RN Case Manager, and Admission Coordinator. Jill's career began as a Registered Nurse at MRHC in 1999. Jill holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of North Alabama, earned between 1995 and 1998.
