Ed McCusker

Ed McCusker has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ed most recently held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Magnolia River, where they provided comprehensive solutions for utilities, oil and gas, water, and pipeline industries nationwide. Prior to that, Ed worked as the Director of Recruitment Operations at Aspire Executive Search, overseeing recruitment and outreach efforts to C-Level candidates across various industries. Ed was also responsible for assisting with recruiting college students for internships and full-time employment. Ed started their career at SEI, where they held various roles including Compliance Officer, Client Service Professional/Relationship Manager, and Management/Leadership Rotational Program participant. During their time at SEI, they led global anti-money laundering and data privacy compliance efforts, implemented system upgrades, and participated in audits and regulatory examinations. Ed also gained experience in client-facing roles, managing relationships with banking clients and assisting with client conversions of new products and services.

Ed McCusker attended LaSalle College High School from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a High School/Secondary Diploma. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing at Villanova University from 2002 to 2006. Later on, from 2009 to 2012, Ed completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at DeSales University.
