James Kane

James Kane has a diverse work experience in the recruiting and talent management field. James currently works as a Senior Recruiter at Magnolia River, where they provide comprehensive solutions for utilities, oil and gas, water, and pipeline industries. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Manager, specializing in accounting and finance, at Juno Search Partners, where they focused on connecting the right people with the right organizations. James also has experience as an Executive Recruiter and a Business Development Manager at LHH, where they played a key role in talent acquisition and business growth.

James Kane obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from SUNY Canton. James attended SUNY Canton from 2011 to 2016. In 2022, they also completed the PILOT Accelerated Career Development Program from PILOT Inc.
