Federico Grilli

Federico Grilli has an extensive work experience in software engineering. Federico started their career as a Visual C++ Developer at Finmatica in 2001, where they developed a credit risk management tool and created a code wizard to automate coding tasks. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Senior JEE Developer at Init Srl, where they developed JEE web applications for important municipalities and phone carriers in Italy. Federico introduced new technologies and practices to improve security, testability, and maintenance. In 2008, they joined Openmind as a Senior Software Developer, working on complex portals for clients like Maserati and Barilla. Federico also handled integration with legacy systems and data migration. Currently, Federico is a Principal Software Engineer at Magnolia, leading various module projects and participating in all phases of Magnolia CMS software development.

Federico Grilli attended the Università degli Studi di Perugia, where they studied Modern Languages, English, German, and Contemporary History. Federico also obtained a Sun Professional Certification in SCPJ1.4. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems.
