Nguyen Phung

Nguyen Phung has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini Vietnam, gaining experience in Java development and specializing in Guidewire Claim Center. They also gained knowledge about insurance and claim processes during this time. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Senior Java Developer at Axon Active Vietnam, working on a Fintech project and implementing key technologies such as JSF and Axon Ivy BPM framework. Since 2018, Nguyen Phung has been with Magnolia as a Software Engineer and currently holds the role of Principal Engineer. They are responsible for building a next-generation Cloud-native content platform and providing guidance to the team in architectural and technological decisions. Nguyen Phung is also proud to represent their team on the architecture board.

Nguyen Phung received an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Hoa Sen University from 2006 to 2009. They later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same university from 2009 to 2012. Nguyen Phung also holds several specialist certifications in claim center configuration and insurance suite integration from Guidewire Software. In 2012, they obtained a TOEIC score of 770 from IIG Vietnam. Additionally, Nguyen Phung is a certified Vaadin 8 Developer.
