Thanh Le has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. They started their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer at KMS Technology, Inc., where they were involved in establishing requirements, estimating development times, and developing new functionality. They also worked as a Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead at KMS Technology, Inc., where they led a team and provided technical guidance. Thanh Le also worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, where they customized and maintained products for various projects. In 2015, they joined Evolable Asia CO., LTD. as a Team Lead before moving to Magnolia in 2017. At Magnolia, they served as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Customer Success Director, specializing in client satisfaction, requirements specialization, and product development.

Thanh Le received an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
