Kathryn Nieves Reyes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce product development and production management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of E-Commerce Product Development at Eastman Footwear Group, Inc., Kathryn oversees product strategy and assortment for over 20 footwear brands and is responsible for creating impactful brand stories and managing 500+ product listings across online marketplaces. Previously, Kathryn held various leadership roles at Kenneth Cole Productions, including Director of Production & Inventory Planning, where successful strategies resulted in $20M in annual retail sales, and contributed to building a high-performing team. Earlier experience as an Assistant Buyer at Equinox involved making key buying decisions and developing marketing content. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and English from Hunter College.
