Naushad Alam

Naushad Alam has an extensive work experience starting in 2005 as a Customer Care Executive and Sr. Executive at Orion Dialog Pvt. Ltd. Naushad then joined Teletech India Pvt Ltd as a Team Leader-Operations. After that, they worked at Spice BPO Services Limited as an Assistant Manager. Naushad later joined Spanco BPO as a Manager Operations and eventually became a Sr. Manager Operations. Naushad joined Magnum Group as a DGM Operations and subsequently held the roles of GM Operations- Centre Head, Service Delivery Head, AVP-Operations, and currently serves as Vice President-Operations.

Naushad Alam completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in 2001. In 2000-2001, they also pursued an Executive M.B.A in HR & Operations from a Post Graduate institution.
