Michael Sargeant

Michael Sargeant is an accomplished professional in the field of photography and digital projects, currently serving as Global Director of Digital Projects & eCommerce and Creative Producer at Magnum Photos since February 2018. Michael has successfully spearheaded the video-on-demand education program, Magnum Learn, and managed the production of various video content featuring notable photographers. In a previous role, Michael was the Digital Project Manager, leading successful initiatives such as Square Print Sales. Prior experience includes positions at Derby QUAD Limited as Assistant Curator and at FORMAT International Photography Festival as Festival Curator/Producer, where Michael contributed to the UK's leading biennale in contemporary photography. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in Photography (Fine Art) from the University of Derby and a National Diploma in Photography from Ashford School of Art and Design.
