Justin's tenure at Xerox Canada Ltd. spanned from May 2005 to December 2019, encompassing various leadership positions such as General Manager of Sales for the Public Sector and National Marketing Manager for Professional Colour Solutions. Earlier professional experiences include working as a Transportation & Customers Broker at Anixter Canada and a Transportation Coordinator at McKesson Canada. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brock University and a Post Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management from Humber College.
