Romy Watts

Romy Watts has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Romy started their career as a Secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors in 2009. From there, they moved on to become a Member at WSRG and then served as a Business Development Manager at Title Management Agency, focusing on real estate technology training and lead generation. In 2010, they joined the Superstition Mountain Women's Council of Realtors as Treasurer. Romy then held various leadership roles at the Women's Council of Realtors Arizona East Valley Chapter, including President Elect and Secretary. Romy also gained experience as an Affiliate Member at the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. Romy later worked as a Bronze Member at the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, promoting local businesses. In 2012, they became a Business Development Manager at First Arizona Title Agency, specializing in marketing and developing strategic relationships. After that, they transitioned to an Account Manager role at Great American Title Agency, focusing on customer satisfaction. Currently, Romy serves as the Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Magnus Title Agency, where they specialize in building partnerships with Realtors and Mortgage professionals through training, marketing, and lead generation.

Romy Watts pursued their education at Cloverdale High School from 1984 to 1988. During their time there, they earned a Diploma with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Later on, from 1998 to 2000, Romy attended the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a degree in Business Management. Romy'sstudies at the University of Phoenix helped their develop a strong foundation in the field of Business.
