Steve Rider

Steve Rider is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since January 2012, Steve has served as the CEO of the National Builder Trade In Program, focusing on connecting buyers with builders nationwide and facilitating the removal of various contingencies. In addition to this role, Steve co-owns Keller Williams The Lakes and Lago Escrow and is a co-owner at Magnus Title Agency. As an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty since 1998, Steve has maintained a strong presence in the industry. Steve is also a Certified Trainer for "The One Thing" and a Certified Speaker with The John Maxwell Company, delivering workshops and coaching aimed at personal and professional growth. An accomplished author, Steve published "change," the first book in a series addressing lessons learned from monumental failures. Steve's background includes founding Rider Elite Team in 1984, where significant sales achievements were recorded. Steve holds a degree from Arizona State University.
