Grant W.

Grant W. has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Grant began their career in 1989 at Procter & Gamble, where they held various managerial roles, including IT Systems Manager and Solutions Delivery Manager. In 2000, they became the Director of Implementation at BrandCities, leading the creation of technical capability and product implementation strategy. From 2001 to 2003, Grant worked as an IT Consultant at GDW Consulting, where they provided project management and business process design services to clients. Grant then joined Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Ltd. in 2003 as the Director of Business Process Technology, responsible for IT strategy and operations. From 2015 to 2019, Grant worked as an Independent Consultant at GDW Consulting, engaged in IT strategy consulting and infrastructure project management. Currently, they are serving as the Director of IT Services & Business Systems at Magnussen Home Furnishings, overseeing global IT infrastructure and information systems.

Grant W. completed their undergraduate education from 1985 to 1989 at the University of Waterloo. Grant earned an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Information Systems through the co-operative education program. Grant then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Leadership from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, which they completed between 2015 and 2017. Their field of study during this program was Organizational Leadership.
