Sara Bayer, AIA, CPHC, NCARB, LEED AP, serves as Associate Principal and Director of Sustainability at Magnusson Architecture and Planning PC since June 2015, leading multiple award-winning affordable multifamily projects in New York City, including significant developments in Brooklyn and the Bronx. With previous experience as Project Architect at Nandinee Phookan Architects PC and freelancing under Bayer Design, Sara has worked on various building typologies, including affordable housing and high-end residential projects, through all phases from schematic design to construction administration. Education includes a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a BA in Architectural Studies from Connecticut College.
