David Fields

David is a Senior Principal at MKA and leader of the firm’s Residential Specialist Group. His portfolio of more than 80 residential projects includes towers up to 100 stories, multi-block developments up to 3.8 million square feet, and more than 100 projects in areas of high seismicity. David is also a key member of MKA’s Performance-Based Design and Earthquake Technical Specialist Teams, and is active on several national committees developing related codes.
