Jessica's earlier roles included internships in mining engineering at URS Corporation, Peckham Industries Inc., and Oldcastle, where foundational skills in mine planning, ventilation, and production were developed. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech.
