Michael Deliege has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Michael started as an Erasmus at Segma from February 2010 to May 2010. Following this, they worked as a Backpacker traveling around the world from September 2010 to August 2011. Michael then joined Orthodyne, Gas Chromatography as a Project Manager from November 2011 to June 2013. From June 2013 to August 2016, they worked at Magotteaux as an Account Manager. Michael was promoted to Global Account Manager - Europe from March 2014 to August 2016. After that, they served as a Key Account Manager - South America from August 2016 to October 2019. Currently, Michael holds the position of Head of Sales - Australasia at Magotteaux starting from October 2019.

Michael Deliege obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Industrial Engineer School - Gramme Institute in Liege, Belgium, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the same institution from 2005 to 2008. In 2022, Michael attended an executive development program on Blue Ocean Strategy at CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau. In 2023, they participated in a High Impact Leadership program at INSEAD's Singapore Campus.
