Energy Team

The Energy Team at MaGrann Associates focuses on enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in residential buildings. Comprised of Energy Engineers and Energy Inspectors, the team collaborates with building professionals to implement and verify compliance with nationally recognized green building standards such as ENERGY STAR Homes, Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, NAHB’s National Green Building Standard, and LEED for Homes. They conduct energy audits, provide technical guidance, and ensure that residential projects meet stringent energy performance and sustainability metrics.
