(Jacky) Qi, Xu

Xu Qi, currently serving as Managing Director at PSW Group since January 2024 and at Magretech LLC, a subsidiary since January 2017, specializes in enhancing communication between facilities in the USA, Europe, and China, alongside developing global strategies for supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Xu led Crown Metals Trading AG from June 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included establishing the company and expanding the sales team. Prior experience also includes roles at RS Nutool (Shanghai) Ltd. as a Merchandiser from September 2011 to April 2013, focusing on sourcing power tools and ensuring product quality, and as Sales Manager at Sanyo from April 2004 to August 2011, managing lithium battery pack sales in East China. Xu Qi holds an Executive MBA from Michigan State University (2022-2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information from Massey University (2000-2003).
