Laila Myksvoll

Laila Myksvoll has more than 25 years of experience in legal management and advisory roles. Prior to joining Magseis Fairfield, she served as general counsel and corporate secretary at media- and telecom operators Get AS and TDC AS (now Telia) and as a lawyer and partner at several Oslo-based top-tier law firms. Laila has extensive experience as a legal advisor to the Board of Directors, CEO, and executive management. Her practice includes corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, HR matters, regulatory affairs, intellectual property, contract negotiation, litigation, and arbitration. Laila holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen, Norway.
