Stig Hognestad

Stig Hognestad joined Magseis Fairfield in 2021, serving as the CFO. Stig has worked in the oilfield service industry for about 30 years, the first 15 years in Finance and Operations in Geco-Prakla and WesternGeco, with postings in Europe, North America, and the Far East. Later Stig worked 8 years as the CFO and next CEO in Ziebel, a wellbore intervention company, before joining IKM Acona as their CFO and later CEO where the main business activity was on drilling operation in the North Sea. Stig holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a BSc in Finance from Kansas State University.
