Arthur Mkrtchyan

Arthur Mkrtchyan has over 16 years of experience in technical support and call center operations, currently serving as the Head of Call Center at MagtiCom since August 2016, overseeing both Fixed Broadband and IPTV services. Previously, Arthur held positions at Caucasus Online from July 2007 to July 2016, progressing from Engineer to Technical Support Team Leader. Arthur holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tbilisi State University of Economic Relations, completed in 2006.
