Alice Benson

Alice Benson is a seasoned executive in the field of talent acquisition, currently serving as CEO of Benson Executive Search since June 2018, a firm specializing in connecting organizations with exceptional leaders in Human Resources. Benson also holds board positions at Maguire Associates, Inc. and the Human Resource Leadership Forum, alongside chairing the Weston Town Council On Aging, where strategic initiatives for senior care are prioritized. Previous roles include President and CEO of GattiHR and Executive Vice President positions at both Coulter Partners and DHR International. Benson's career began at Prestonwood Associates, where significant contributions to executive search were made, ultimately leading to the establishment of The Benson Search Group in 2007.
