Allan Bern Nielsen

Allan Bern Nielsen is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the medical device and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Head of QA at MagVenture since 2022, Allan is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems and leading departmental staff. Prior roles include Director of Quality at BK Medical, where Allan built a new quality department and ensured compliance with Medical Device Regulation, and System Quality Manager at Motorola, overseeing quality plans for projects. Allan’s career also includes significant positions at NNE, Ambu A/S, and Sander Hansen A/S, showcasing a strong background in quality assurance, project management, and regulatory compliance. Allan holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, an Engineering Business Administration degree from Copenhagen University College of Engineering, and completed a leadership training program from the Confederation of Danish Industry.
