Samantha Hatcher is an experienced technical support engineer currently employed at MagView since September 2020, providing tier one support for a mammography information system and utilizing tools like Freshdesk and JIRA for ticket management. Prior to this role, Samantha served as the information systems coordinator at The Clarice from January 2019 to June 2020, focusing on application development and deployment. Samantha's professional background includes positions at Morgan Stanley, Citi, Legg Mason, Electronic Arts, Kelly Services, Qualis Health, RealNetworks, and Kenworth Truck Co., where skills in database management, coding, technical support, and web development were honed. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has pursued additional studies at Bellevue College and the University of Colorado Boulder.
