Magwen is a 29 year young group, founded in Magdeburg Germany to design manufacture and deliver flow control solutions to customers globally. Building on a strong valve tradition of the city, Magwen innovated its own unique 4 offset cone for butterfly valve which led to the development of a full bore butterfly valve, a product delivered successfully for many applications in refining, chemical, oil and gas pipelines and water transmission. The product program also includes Double and Triple offset butterfly valves, Trunnion mounted Ball valves (Side entry, top entry and welded), axial flow control and check valves. In December 2017 the India facility was born and started a full scale manufacturing site since 2019 and became the only manufacturing site for the group since July 2020.
