Debra Cooper

Debra Cooper has a strong background in compliance and banking operations. Debra started their career at UnitedTrust Bank in 1977 as the AVP - Training Director, where they worked until 2004. Debra then joined RSI Bank as the VP & Branch Administrator & Training Director from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, Debra joined Magyar Bank as the VP & Retail Operations Manager until 2010 when they were promoted to CRCM, Senior Vice President & Compliance Officer. In the same year, they also started working at NJ Bankers Compliance & CRA Committee as the CRCM, SVP & Compliance Officer.

Debra Cooper completed their education in 2013, earning a CRCM degree in Compliance from ICB - American Bankers Association.
