Weiguang Wang

Weiguang Wang has extensive experience in the banking industry. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Community Capital Bank as a Vice President/Financial Controller. In this role, they were responsible for participating in the quarterly and annual financial reporting process and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. Weiguang also prepared and filed quarterly 10Q and yearly 10K reports with the SEC. In 2006, they joined Magyar Bank as VP and Controller, where they continued their work in financial reporting and compliance.

Weiguang Wang completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John's University between 1992 and 1995. Weiguang then pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance at the same institution from 1995 to 1997. Prior to these degrees, Weiguang Wang attended Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 1975 to 1978, where they studied Engineering.
