Csaba Kalo has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Csaba began their career as a Consultant Engineer at Uvaterv in 1988, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they served as a Senior Consultant at Magyar Scetauroute, working on toll motorway development projects. In 1999, they joined Telekom HU as the Head of B2B Segment Management Department, responsible for product lifecycle management, pricing, and propositions of wireline voice and data services. Csaba remained with Telekom HU until 2010 and then held the position of Head of Segment Marketing Department in the SMB COO area from 2011 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for designing, pricing, and launching fix/mobile and integrated FMC propositions for the SOHO/SMB market. Csaba also managed CRM campaigns and facilitated international cooperation within Telekom Europe. In 2018, Csaba joined T-Systems Hungary Ltd. as a Senior Expert in B2B Marketing. Csaba supported the integration of SOHO/SMB segments into the B2B Business Unit of the Telekom group and managed unique projects aimed at business growth. Currently, Csaba holds the position of Commercial Chapter Lead for SOHO-SMB at Telekom HU.
Csaba Kalo earned their M.Econ. in Business management from Corvinus University of Budapest from 1995 to 1998. Csaba also received an MSc. in Civil Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1982 to 1988. Additionally, they completed an Advanced Management Program in Management from CEU Executive MBA starting in 2014. Csaba Kalo holds additional certifications including Demand modelling in transportation planning from the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) in 1992, Development strategies in land transportation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in 1994, and a certificate in Redefined communication; Assertive communication for managers from Barra Kommunikációs Intézet in 2011.
