Emese Zelnik

Emese Zelnik is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as a General Ledger Accounting Specialist and GL Journey Specialist at Telekom HU since February 2012, Emese plays a vital role in coordinating relations between Magyar Telekom and Deutsche Telekom Services Europe, managing the monthly accounting close process, and overseeing various accounting functions. Previous roles include Product Owner in the General Ledger Squad and Senior Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed business partnering, reconciliation tasks, and management presentations. Emese began the career as a Financial Reporting Specialist and Project Coordinator at Vigadó Offices Ltd. and has also worked as a Producer Trainee for the European Commission. Emese holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Szent István University. Additional training includes a summer session in Directing at UCLA.
