Zoltán Szalay

Chief Product Owner at Telekom HU

Zoltán Szalay has a strong background in IT and project management. Zoltán started their career in 1995 as the Head of the IT department at Emitel Zrt., where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined Telekom HU in 2008 as an IT Project Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they held the role of Head of Migration Competency Center at Telekom HU. Zoltán then became the Head of iOSS Integration Leadhouse from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they served as the Head of ATG Shared Service Center from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Backend Development - Product Owner at Telekom HU before taking on their current position as the Chief Product Owner in June 2021.

Zoltán Szalay completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in IT & Telecommunications Engineering at Tech – College of Applied Sciences – Subotica, Serbia from 1989 to 1993.
