Cassey K. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of interior design and retail. Cassey began their career as an Executive, Fit Out at KLCC Urusharta Sdn Bhd in 2001, where they were responsible for designing, coordinating, and controlling renovation projects. Cassey then worked as an Interior Design Consultant at Axis Network Design Consultants from 1994 to 1999, where they supported and maintained all aspects of design and coordinated various projects.

In 2005, Cassey joined Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd as a Retail Design Manager and was one of the pioneers in the company. Their main responsibility was to ensure the high-quality design and functional standards of stores in the Shopping Malls Portfolio, focusing on the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur project.

Cassey also worked as a Retail Design Manager at Taubman Asia from 2008 to 2010, and as a Senior Manager at Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2012. In these roles, they continued to oversee retail design projects and ensure compliance with design criteria.

From 2012 to 2014, Cassey served as the Head of Interior Design at Mammoth Empire, where they provided leadership and coordination for the Design & Fit Out Department. Cassey was responsible for various aspects of interior design, external consultants, development, leasing, and operations for the Empire City Shopping Centre project.

In 2014, Cassey joined DTZ as a Retail Design Specialist, where they managed design direction and guidelines from tenants, oversaw design procedures, inspections, and quality control for projects such as Intermark Retail Mall, Grade A Office Integra Tower, and Vista Office Tower.

Most recently, they worked at Mah Sing Group Berhad as the Head of Interior Design and Design Strategy Planning since 2016. In this role, they have been overseeing multiple projects and has been primarily responsible for design development for main building common areas, sales gallery, show units, and site development phases. Cassey also took on a secondary role in tenancy coordination and retail project management.

In 2003, Cassey acquired ISO 9001:2000 Awareness certification from Horwath Nat Consulting, and in July of the same year, they obtained ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Audit from the same institution. Cassey continued their professional development and received Operation Risk Management certification from Finet Associates Sdn Bhd in April 2004.

Lastly, in 2007, Cassey obtained Certification Course in Shopping Mall Management from Persatuan Pengurusan Kompleks Malaysia.
