Haider Nazar has worked in various roles since 1992. Haider began their career at Accenture as a Senior Consultant, where they led the creation of eBusiness Offering at Andersen Consulting's Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto, CA. In 1998, they joined Crossworlds as Director of Alliances, a venture-backed startup focused on creating a new market for Enterprise Application Integration Solutions. In 2000, they moved to Recipio, where they served as VP of Business Development until 2002. Haider then became CEO of Kemco Manufacturing, a 50-year-old Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing Company, where they received the 2006 Mentor Protégé award from the Department of Defense and 2006 Progressive Manufacturer of the Year from Managing Automation Magazine. In 2008, they became Managing Partner of Full Throttle Ventures, a real assets-based private equity firm with an emphasis on Impact Investments. In 2011, they joined the University of California Agriculture Sustainability Institute's Advisory Board. In 2014, they started their own business, Haider Nazar - Impact Strategist. Finally, in 2018, they became Co-Founder & CEO of MAHA Global, where their personal philosophy of aligning one's actions to their purpose integrates well into the company mission of social impact.

Haider Nazar attended the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
