Senior Operations Manager at mahabis

Sophie Kennett started their work experience in 2014 at QMSU Learning Cafe, where they served as a Shift Supervisor for three years until 2017. Following this, they joined mahabis in 2017 as a Customer Experience Advisor and worked in this role until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Sophie held the position of Digital Operations Coordinator at mahabis. Currently, they are working as a Senior Operations Manager at mahabis, starting in May 2022.

Sophie Kennett began their education at South Molton Community College from 2006 to 2011, where they completed their GSCEs. Sophie then attended Petroc College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their A Levels/AS Levels in English Language and Literature, Psychology, and Journalism and Print Media. Sophie went on to study at Queen Mary University of London, earning their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from 2013 to 2016. Sophie then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Victorian Literature at the same institution from 2016 to 2017.
