Carol Franco has extensive experience in public relations, advertising, branding, and corporate communication, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Mahanagar Gas Limited in Mumbai since April 2018. Prior to this role, Carol worked at the same company as a Senior Executive Secretary to the Managing Director and as an Executive Secretary to the Managing Director from April 2007 to March 2013. Carol holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from St. Xavier's College (2014-2015) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting from Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College in Delhi. Additionally, Carol completed early education at St. Pauls Convent.
