T L Sharnagat has extensive work experience in the procurement and contracts field. T L began their career at Larsen & Toubro as a Senior Materials Engineer in 1991 and worked there until 1998. T L then joined GAIL (India) Limited as a Manager in the Contracts & Procurement department, where they worked for a decade. In 2008, they moved to Mahanagar Gas Limited, where they are currently serving as the Vice President of Contracts & Procurement, IT, and ERP. T L also holds the position of Chief Risk Officer in the company. Overall, T L Sharnagat has over 30 years of experience in the purchasing and procurement industry.

T L Sharnagat has a strong education background in various fields. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Mechanical from Jabalpur.
